With the winter season on the horizon, our priority was to spotlight Cub Cadet’s latest Snow Thrower during the holiday season in Canada. We undertook meticulous planning, utilizing storyboard mapping, to not only highlight the snow thrower’s distinctive design but also its standout features, including smart sound technology, robust endurance, and user-friendly operation, setting it apart from rivals in the market. By enlisting voice-over talents and a skilled videographer, we seamlessly brought the commercial to life using After Effects and Premiere Pro. The result was astounding – the commercial resonated with over 4.5 million viewers across Canada throughout the festive period.
Photoshoot Direction
We were brought on board by Cub Cadet to strategize seasonal photoshoots, tailoring each one to the specific characteristics of the season. Following this vision, we curated a collection of inspirational styles that we subsequently presented to the client. Our objective was to achieve a striking contrast and brilliant illumination, incorporating macro camera elements for added depth. A pivotal aspect of our approach was to ensure that the vibrant yellow of Cub Cadet’s machinery stood out prominently against its surroundings. To achieve this, we collaborated with models in the 30s to 40s age range, aligning with Cub Cadet’s target demographic. Partnering with a commercial photography studio, we brought this creative vision to life.
Seasonal P.O.P.
In order to distinguish Cub Cadet from other lawn mowers and snow blowers on the shelves of brick-and-mortar stores, our focus was on highlighting the unique attributes that set Cub Cadet apart. This prompted us to meticulously craft Point-of-Purchase (P.O.P.) materials designed to captivate attention when positioned alongside the showcased products. These P.O.P. displays were meticulously crafted to spotlight the mower’s or snow blower’s exceptional traits, including its reduced noise level, extensive debris clearing range, adaptability to different surfaces, and utilization of electronic fuel injection technology.
