Objective
Wet Brush wanted to make dealing with knotty hair easier. In 2005, they came out with their first Original Detangler brush. It had gentle bristles, didn’t require as much force to use, and lasted longer without breaking. To boost their sales using email, since their current email setup wasn’t handling the increased volume well, Wet Brush also aimed to want to make their brush designs better and more in line with their fun and unique brand.
Approach
The decision was made to shift Wet Brush to Klaviyo for optimal outcomes in areas like loyalty programs, welcome messages, dealing with abandoned browsing, and well-planned campaigns. After that, a creative approach was adopted to boost marketing earnings by applying effective methods. This led to the formation of more than 10 distinct email sequences. Each sequence features a special, top-notch design that stays true to the lively Wet Brush brand.
Results
Through the implementation of bulletproof buttons, increased usage of live text for better accessibility, and thorough testing of distinctive messages and platforms across all processes, Wet Brush achieved a remarkable growth of over 15% in their email subscriber list. Not only did the strategy yield impressive results, but the designs also lived up to the client’s expectations. The client was so pleased with the outcome that they decided to continue the collaboration by signing up for ongoing services, including email campaigns, SMS planning, and continuous adjustments to their processes.
